Who we are

Texas Hedge'Em is operated by Qeetoto Ltd. This is a demo game platform. Contact: simon.hewins@gmail.com

What we collect

We collect the absolute minimum needed to operate the service:

• Email address — to identify your account.
• Display name — shown in the game interface (max 10 characters, you choose it).
• Play credits balance — a virtual in-game balance. No real money is involved.

We do not collect: real payment details, location data, device fingerprints, behavioural tracking data, or marketing identifiers.

How we use it

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To display your name and balance in the game.

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

Google sign-in

If you choose "Continue with Google", the sign-in flow passes through Supabase (our authentication provider) and then Google. Supabase receives your Google profile email so it can create your account. We store only the email. No other Google profile data is retained.

You will see supabase.co in the browser during sign-in — this is normal and expected.

Cookies & storage

We use localStorage in your browser to store your session. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Data retention

Your account data is retained while your account exists. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us — we will remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we materially change this policy we will update the date above. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
